Payment Options

We accept all Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Money orders and checks. Add an additional 2 weeks to your order for check payment due to receiving delays and bank clearance.

Shipping Options

We do ship around the world. We apologize for the shipping expense out of the country, but we have to be able to track your package. (NOTE: Overseas/Canadian customers are responsible for any duties,taxes and brokerage fees required by your country and or FedEx. We do not know what individual countries charges for duties and taxes.)We ship all packages using FedEx, so please do not use a PO Box shipping address. You do have the option to supply us with your FedEx number. Upon check out, there will be a prompt to enter your FedEx Number.

Ink Colors

Ink Colors available are: Black, White, Red, Blue, Gold and Silver. Recommendations: Blue ink will not work on black picks. Silver ink does not work well on white or white pearl picks. Gold ink does not work well on white pearl picks. A note on our Red Ink: Red ink is very bright on light colors. When printed on black it becomes very dark and can be considered hard to see. Some customers like the combination and some do not. If you are concerned about your art being printed with red ink on a black pick, please contact us before placing your order for our recommendation. If your art is a solid image or is very detailed, example: a large solid circle or smaller text under an image , we recommend only black ink. For your 100% satisfaction, we ask that you adhere to our ink recommendations.

Full Color Printing

We do not offer full color printing. The reason for this is: The current process being used by our competitors does not meet our quality standards. It is a pale, inconsistant print that damages the guitar pick. In order to do it the way it should be done, the cost would be more than we feel we can charge our customers for guitar picks. Turn Around Time

Turnaround Time is aproximately 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of payment and valid artwork.. Rush orders are available, but you must contact us to see if we are currently accepting rush orders. Do not assume we will rush your order. Due to the custom nature of our business, there is a $15 to $25 cancelation fee. If the order is too far along, canceling is not an option.

Artwork
  1. Artwork can be uploaded with your order. The specs are as follows:
  2. 300 dpi image.
  3. Black and White image with NO shading.
  4. Accepted formats are: jpeg, psd, tiff, gif and bmp(bmp is not the best option. NO .Doc files such as (Microsoft Word)
  5. It is best to use the template we have provided for you. DO NOT allow your image to go over the edge of the template. All art work should remain in the white portion of the pick. DO NOT alter the template in any way. Regardless of the ink color you choose, the template should remain white with black art.See the example below of what the artwork should look like.
  6. If using text with your artwork, keep all text as large as possible. This is very important to ensure your print is legible. If your art contians a lot of text, it is best to use a basic, clean font. See the samples below and our sample page.
  7. If you only want text, use the text only field when placing your order. A proof will be sent to you via email a few days after your order has been placed.

Multiple Gross Orders

Changes within your order can only be made by the gross. If you want different pick colors, gauges ,ink colors or images, this should be done by the gross. The multi-gross discount is only good for the same image and ink color. For example, if you order 5 gross of picks, you may change the pick color and/or gauge and still get the discount as long as the ink or image does not have to be changed.

Available Fonts

The Following is a link to our current list of fonts. We have decided not to limit our customers to 3 or 4 fonts. Instead we have supplied a very long list. Because of this, we are unable to show you what every font looks like. This is simply to advise you of what fonts we have available if you have one in mind.
